A project of the Polish town Lodz to bring together resources (including maps and images) showing the history of Lodz during the autumn of 1914 and the battles (the “Great Battle”) fought between the German and Russian armies around Lodz. Website is available in Polish and English, and to a lesser extent in German, Russian, and French.
